We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and cancellation policy below for more details: 

• Klarna CANNOT be used to purchase any SHOES, BOGG, nor CUSTOM items. 
  ALL items purchased via Klarna are 100% refundable within 14 days of receiving. 
  
• If you're not satisfied with your purchase from us, you can contact us to discuss return it within 14 days for a full refund for crafting supplies. 
• Due to the customization, supplies & time put into each item if you are not satisfied custom items please contact us within 14 day for 50% refund.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping return fees. All Returns will only be accepted provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

- Please make sure to throughly check your order request including but not limited to, the details of customization, shipping address, and spelling. Once your order is placed, no refund can be offered.
